January 2020 - Honored to receive yet another Couple’s Choice Award for the 2019 year from Weddingwire. That’s six out of the last seven years.

May 2019 - Honored to announce that I’ve received the Adjunct Faculty Member of the Year award from Toccoa Falls College.

January 2019 - Honored to receive yet another Couple’s Choice Award for the 2018 year from Weddingwire. 

June and July 2017 - Keith’s Space and Time CD stayed on the Zone Music Reporter (ZMR) charts at 23 and 33 for the months of June and July respectively.  Although its getting less airplay now it had a good run with FIVE consecutive months in the TOP 40 two of which were TOP 20.

June 2017 - The Mel Bay Publications song book Contemporary Guitar Composers of the Americas is officially in stores. The 190 page folio features three of Keith’s solo guitar compositions (Cooper’s Creek, Desert Song and Waiting for the Sun). Click on the cover to learn more.

May 2017 - Space and Time has been “on the charts” since Keith began a world wide radio promotion effort in February. Radio stations specializing in the type of music Keith record have been playing the album on a regular basis. Zone Music Reporter (ZMR) (the organization for tracking ambient and New Age recordings) listed Space and Time at No. 32 for March, No. 18 for April and No. 20 for the month of May 2017. 

March 2017 - Another very positive review of Keith’s CD Space and Time by Keith Hannalech of He wrote, “each track is a gorgeous representation of the new age and classical genre meeting half way to create a successful marriage of sound. November 2016 - THREE of Keith’s compositions (Desert Song, Waiting for the Sun and Cooper’s Creek) have been selected to be part a book entitled “Composers of the Americas” which will be published and available for purchase hopefully by May of 2017. The publisher is the highly regarded Mel Bay Publications.

September 2013 - Keith’s arrangement of Canon in D by Pachelbel has found it’s way into a collection entitled “Favorite Pieces for Classical Guitar. The book is published by The Willis Music Company and distributed by Hal Leonard Publications. Click on the cover to learn more or purchase a copy.

June 2013 - Keith received a little national press this month when the April 2012, wedding of ESPN reporter Jenn Brown and actor Wes Chatham was featured in the current issue of The Knot. He performed for the ceremony and cocktail hour that evening.

January 2013 - Caterpillar earns the Staff Picks at Vimeo and as a result receives over 100,000 views as of February 1st!

December 2012, Caterpillar Film Update - Caterpillar premiered in a total of 10 film festivals in 2012, and won the award for Best Short Film at the Eerie Horror Film Festival

July 2012 - Caterpillar Film has been selected for another festival premier in 2012, this time at the Dragoncon convention being held in my home base of Atlanta in late August. Here’s their description of the convention: “Dragon Con is the largest multi-media, popular culture convention focusing on science fiction and fantasy, gaming, comics, literature, art, music, and film in the universe!”

May 2012 - Post production for the David Field short film Caterpillar is now complete. This film features a musical score of eight of Keith’s original pieces. Some of the compositions are just short snippets while others last for several minutes. David is currently submitting this piece to film festivals around the country. So far it’s been selected to appear in the Rhode Island International Film Festival.
